3. CD shall give utmost attention to the quality of construction and quality of service to the customers. CD shall ensure timely possession and shall make prompt conveyance of Title.
4. CD shall aim to ensure that all projects are environment friendly. Felling the trees shall be minimized and maximum number of trees shall be planted on the property. CD shall have in-house treatment plant for sewerage and organic waste.
5. CD shall adhere to corporate social responsibility and earmark part of the profit for charitable causes including sponsoring civic projects in cities and villages where CD projects are built.
